With some prep work and a Kick-Off Call, I streamline the process, creating stellar results in less time. When you book a Superstar Day with me, I’ll work behind the scenes before and after. With minimal, short breaks, my attention will be entirely on you and your project on your Superstar Day for 7 hours. It’s superstar status. Plus, you will get reminders and tech support from me along the way!

Eliminate the drawn out back and forth.
By booking your Superstar Day on a day when you can be available to answer quick questions throughout the day and give design approvals via text, we eliminate back-and-forth messages that would otherwise take days for either of us to return. With you as my only client during that time frame, I can reply to you immediately, show you progress throughout the day, and make changes in real time.
Preparation allows me to hit the ground running.
By answering questions in Google docs before the Superstar Day, you give me the necessary information I need about you, your company, and the details of your project. This way I can look it over and do my pre-work before our Superstar Day. By gathering all of your assets – images, written content, videos, etc. – and delivering them through my Members Area before the Superstar Day begins, I can review and prepare files in advance. I will hit the ground running on your day and focus entirely on your project.
You get high quality results without the wait.
When you’re available for instant feedback and answers to questions, and when you deliver your Getting Started docs and assets before the Superstar Day, I can zip through your to-do list and deliver you high quality results FAST. Note: What I can get done in a day depends on what I have at the START of the day. If the scope of the project changes, we can book another day or half day.

You get an experienced designer. I know the ins and outs of design from Adobe Creative Suite to Squarespace, WordPress, Wix and a bazillion other applications. I’ve got the skills you need and the experience to deliver. With my full attention on you and your project, you’ll feel like a Superstar!
Post-Work Training
You get free website training for all website projects so that you can update your shop or pages on your own. You’ll also get training for social media graphics or print collateral created in Canva to give yourself the power to update content on your own. Spread your wings and fly. And if you get stuck, I’ve got your back!
Email Support
Not only will you have my attention from the time you book to the day of your Superstar Day, you get 30 days of support after your Superstar Day. I can answer questions about your project, give you video tutorials and noted screenshots, fix any technical issues related to the work I’ve done for you and make minor changes.

2. Complete Forms & Share Content
Fill out the Let’s Get Started doc, Branding Questions doc, and deliver your assets through the Member Area: The Green Room.

3. Be Available for Quick Questions
Be sure to be available to answer quick texts, emails, or phone calls for instant feedback to ensure a successful Superstar Day.

4. With Laser Focus, I Work for 7 Hours
With having everything I need and you are available for immediate questions, I can work, work, work to slay the day!

5. Help Videos + 30 Days of Support
You will have unlimited access to my tutorial videos plus 30 days of support for your project for help, tech fixes, etc. Whoot!

With Superstar Day rate, you get more than my hourly time, such as access to my VIP member area, training videos, 30 days of technical support. I also do prep work prior to the Superstar Day and a free 60 minute Kick-Off Call. Day rates are a flat rate package for all types of projects for the day. Your project is scheduled, there are email reminders, and there’s no downtime waiting for either one of us to hear back from the other about questions or approvals. Hourly rates are nickled and dimed. They are often multi-tasked with distractions from other clients. Billing for hourly rate is also difficult to track and can be unpredictable. With Superstar Days rates your project is much more streamlined and efficient!!

As long as you have sent me all of your assets (written content, images, etc), you’ve filled out Let’s Get Started Packet, we’ve had a free Kick Off Call, and you could do at least a quick check in 1-2 times the day of the Superstar, we can make it work!

Superstar Days are most effective when I can start the day with everything I need. If you don’t have enough of it together so that I can work the 5 hour day, we may need to reschedule.

Sometime it’s hard to know how long things will take and sometimes we might not get to everything. In this case we can book a Superstar Half Day to finish up.
