Below you’ll see the general timeline for a Superstar Day. Follow this timeline for a Superstar Day projects including a new website, redesign, branding, print and online marketing materials, or a punch list of tasks. Website Design

To the right you will see an example of a website design framework. If your project is a new website or redesign we’ll go through 3 basic stages from concept to launch:

  • Vision (Pre-work)

  • Brand (Pre-work & The Superstar Day)

  • Design & Development (The Superstar Day)

Vision

(Superstar Day Pre-Work)

To establish the Vision, I’ll have you fill out a simple form to answer some questions about your business, content, and any products or services you offer. This will help me understand more about your business and your likes and dislikes. We’ll create a mood board. In addition to the form, you’ll send me any text, images, video, etc that you have for your website. Most of this is done in the Superstar Day Pre-work!

Brand

(Superstar Pre-Work / The Superstar Day)

Once the vision is clear, the brand can start to come to life. Based on answers to your question in the forms and the mood board, I’ll create a comp of color pallets to choose from. I’ll whip up another comp of fonts to choose from. We’ll decide on 1 color pallet of 5 colors and 1-3 font types to use in your brand for consistency. Your brand will show the world how you want to be seen and draw in your target audience.

Depending on the project, some of the brand may be done in the Superstar Pre-Work stage and finalized on the Superstar Day.

Design & Development

(The Superstar Day)

In the Design & Development stage, I’ll create a site map to establish the user experience and flow of the website (UX/UI). I’ll design the website with the brand elements, fonts, colors. I’ll layout the assets (images, text, video), and do all the backend tech and SEO. We’ll review it, make any changes, and with your final approval, we’ll launch 🚀!

Marketing Design

To the right you will see an example of a marketing design framework. The framework will depend on your needs, but here’s some possibilities:

Brand

(Superstar Pre-Work)

We’ll use your brand to create your marketing materials. If I don’t have your brand details you will:

  • Fill out Work with Me forms

  • Share your files with me (logo, images, text, etc.)

Print Materials

Depending on your needs we can create:

  • Business Cards

  • Postcards

  • Brochures

  • Posters, and more…

On our Superstar Day, I’ll:

  • Design the marketing and produce marketing materials

  • Send you comps for approval

  • Make Edits

  • Pre-flight files and send to Printer

  • Minor edits

  • Document Training (if done in Canva)

Digital Marketing

Depending on your needs we can create:

  • Social Media Graphics

  • Email Marketing Campaign Templates

  • Blog templates, and more…

On the Superstar Day, I’ll:

  • Design and produce marketing materials/templates

  • Send you comps for approval

  • Make Edits

  • Share final finals with you
